Mou Tapu crib is found in Bremner Bay, on the edge of Lake Wanaka.
Set on a ¼-acre site, this project was born from the owner’s vision for a new contemporary luxury build that was simple yet elegant while keeping the charm and history of the ‘family crib’.
To the front of the property, the owners and the talented architects from Mason and Wales have created their dream lakefront oasis.
Impeccable consideration has been proven to every aspect of this new build, from the ground up construction to the striking exterior and flawless interiors.
Whilst a renovation took place on the “original crib” to the rear of the property. Completing the vision of enabling generations of this family to holiday between the old and the new.
