Situated beside a neighbouring Grade II church spire, the development achieves a visual cohesion between the traditional aesthetics of the church spire, against the properties modern, angular design. A key aim of the project was to utilise the application and tone of the cladding create visual harmony between the building and the church spire. Cedral Click in slate grey was installed to create a union between the cladding and stone and make the most of sunlight and shadow.
