A development at the top end of Colombo Street, the challenge of this build was to deliver sound, stylish architectural houses to a tight budget. By working closely with the client, we were able to make the right decisions from the get-go to make the project a success.
The combination of cedar cladding and white plaster provides a contrast that saved on using cedar throughout. And by using double-height windows, space is created between both levels of these two-storey properties.
