This architecturally designed pool house in rural Karaka is dripping with luxury and style. With a state-of-the-art office space, kitchenette and bar, indoor and outdoor living zones and a stunning bathroom, this space is more than just your average pool house.
The project features multiple indoor and outdoor fireplaces from Living Flame, a custom European louvre system from Adlux, beautiful oak flooring from Forte, feature stone cladding from Sumner Schist, decking with hidden fixing from Outdure, outdoor kitchens and engineered concrete tops from Bespoke Concrete Design, and pool balustrade from Glassvice. The project is fully automated and run through the Control4 app, making it smart as well as beautiful.
Trinity Interior Design was entrusted with a comprehensive interiors package for the project. They drew their inspiration from the palette of nature, with stone and timber seamlessly woven into the design to echo the serenity of the surrounding landscape. The custom furniture and cabinetry are meticulously crafted to achieve a harmonious union of form and function, with a modern and warm ambiance. A considered selection of materials elegantly mirrors the family’s distinctive style – a delightful juxtaposition of sophistication and whimsicality. This remarkable project stands as a testament to the power of thoughtful interior design in creating a space that truly feels like home.
