Small, tough and described by the Home of the Year judges as somewhat monastic, the winner of Best Small Home is the perfect example of only building what you need. Set on a steep site in Cashmere, Christchurch, the H01 House, by Braden Harford, fits a lot of drama into its 85-square-metre frame.
