Fisher & Paykel unveils State of the Art Collection at EuroCucina 2026

At this year’s EuroCucina, held as part of Salone del Mobile, Aotearoa’s Fisher & Paykel will present its most comprehensive suite of flagship appliances to date.

Fisher & Paykel’s newly announced State of the Art Collection brings together next-generation Series 11 appliances across cooking, cooling, wine care, dishwashing and fabric care, marking a significant moment for the New Zealand brand on the global design stage.

Introduced through Nature – Ritual, the company’s Milan Design Week exhibition, the collection reflects more than 90 years of innovation. Shown collectively for the first time, the appliances demonstrate Fisher & Paykel’s approach to integrating performance engineering with architectural design — allowing appliances to be composed into cohesive, material-led kitchens and living spaces.

Chief executive Daniel Witten-Hannah says the collection expresses the brand’s long-held belief that appliances should support everyday life in intuitive ways. When seamlessly integrated into the home, he says, everyday routines become moments of ritual — from cooking and entertaining to caring for garments and preserving food.

At the centre of the collection is the evolution of Fisher & Paykel’s Minimal Style aesthetic, with appliances designed to sit flush within cabinetry. New oven platforms — including a next-generation 30-inch model — allow joinery tolerances as tight as 2mm, creating uninterrupted kitchen surfaces in black or grey glass finishes. Modular induction cooktops further expand design flexibility, enabling architects to configure cooking zones with integrated ventilation and teppan modules for more interactive, performance-led cooking.

Food preservation is anchored by the brand’s Series 11 Integrated Column Refrigerators and Wine Cabinets. Designed for seamless integration or expressive material detailing, the column appliances offer precise control over reveals, hinge configurations and alignment — giving designers greater control of visual rhythm within the kitchen. Variable Temperature Zone technology allows storage conditions to be adapted to suit different foods and daily routines.

Wine care extends this modular approach, with integrated wine cabinets designed to disappear into cabinetry or form architectural wine walls. Oak-accented shelving, considered lighting and precise climate control create a refined environment for both cellaring and serving.

The collection also expands into fabric care, with a new Minimal Style Fabric Care Cabinet debuting alongside matching washers and heat-pump dryers. In the kitchen, Fisher & Paykel continues to evolve its signature DishDrawer Dishwasher, alongside a new integrated heat-pump dishwasher that reduces energy consumption by up to 50 percent.

Presented in Milan within a sculptural installation inspired by the landscapes of Aotearoa, the exhibition reflects the brand’s ongoing philosophy of the Social Kitchen — positioning the kitchen as the social and emotional centre of the home.
