Twenty-five homes across seven categories have been selected as finalists in the 2026 Home of the Year Awards programme. Our judges — Belinda George, Chris Tate, and Federico Monsalve — are travelling the length of the country, visiting each finalist in person to determine the winners across every category (City, Coastal, Green, Small, Rural, Alt & Reno, and Multi-Unit Home of the Year), as well as the overall winner, which will be named the 2026 Home of the Year.
The winners will be announced at an exclusive awards evening on 26 March, before being revealed across HOME’s digital platforms and in the next issue of the magazine.
