Interior of the Year 2025: The finalists

We’re thrilled to reveal the finalists for Interior of the Year 2025 — a celebration of the most compelling, beautifully resolved, and conceptually rich interiors from across New Zealand.

From a shortlist of more than 100 projects, 21 finalists were selected by a jury convened by Federico Monsalve, alongside Alex McLeod, co-founder of design studio at.space, and winner of Interior of the Year 2024, and Tim Kwan and Isabelle Sun, co-founders of multi-award-winning Office AIO.

Congratulations to all the 2025 finalists. The winners will be announced at an exclusive awards evening in Auckland on 25 September, and featured online and in the next issue of HOME.
